Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

Grandma said understands that sometimes the item may not be the right size, colour, style, or that you simply don't like how it feels... If this is the case, we will be happy to either exchange the item, provide you with a credit note or offer you a refund (for full returns, refund includes postal costs - we want you happy from start to finish!). For sizing, please email before you purchase and we can help you choose the right size.

 

CONDITION: item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original undamaged packaging*.

FAULTY GOODS: Grandma said will replace any goods which arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the damaged stock, via email to hellograndmasaid@gmail.com. Return of the faulty/damaged item must be arranged by the customer. Grandma said will replace the item or refund the cost of the item plus regular postage costs.

REPLACEMENTS: Grandma said will replace any undamaged item within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition, unused and unwashed and in its original packaging.

*NOTE: We will not be able to accept any exchanges or refunds on belly warmers that smell like any form of smoke, sweat or scented perfume/odour, or has pet hair on it. Please return it as you received it.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

In order to process the returned goods, we require you to email hellograndmasaid@gmail.com with your reason for return and the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and address

  • Your daytime phone number

  • The reason for the return (just for our records to monitor stock quality)
     

We will provide you with a return address once you have emailed us.

We will contact you to arrange a refund if we are unable to replace or exchange the goods and will process the refund back to original credit card or through a PayPal account.

QUALITY: All items are inspected thoroughly before being dispatched. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please understand we can not issue an exchange or credit note until the item(s) have been inspected upon return.

Please Note: Grandma said cannot be held responsible or liable for any returned items damaged or lost in transit to us, hence we recommend that you return the goods via a postage bag with a tracking number.

Grandma said products will be sent via mail with Australia Post to anywhere in Australia or internationally.

 

Estimated delivery times are currently 3-7 days within Australia and 5-10 internationally*.

*these times are subject to availability of stock and postcode that the item is travelling to.

We use standard Australia Post delivery to keep charges to a minimum. 

If you would like to receive your goods via Registered Post or Express Post, please add a note when you place your order and we will email you to organise.
